Marine Lubricants Sales Engineer & Field Engineer

ExxonMobil Nordic in Denmark is a subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corporation and assist ExxonMobil Marine Ltd with the sales and technical support for the Nordic International marine market.

We are looking for a strong Sales and a strong Technical resource, in Denmark, to give high quality support to our Nordic customers.

Job description Sales Engineer:

• Builds and develops customer relationships that ensure satisfaction of customer needs.
• Implements sales and marketing strategies to end customers in order to meet agreed performance targets as laid down by the Cluster Manager.
• All activities to be conducted in line with ExxonMobil policies and guidelines, including business ethics, controls and SHE.
• The business covered will include all customers both actual and prospective within the designated territory. 

Job description Field Engineer:
• Technical support to marine customers, field sales, visiting trade vessels and new build activities
• Ability to solve complex technical problems with a proven ability to translate technical expertise into tangible financial benefits
• Coach and develop field sales by providing technical training

• Education – Bachelor degree (preferable Marine)
• 5 years + relevant work experience
• Marine Industry knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to demonstrate commitment to operations integrity and superior execution
• Ability to build inclusive relationships internally and externally across a diverse network
• Strong analytical skills
• Good English and Scandinavian language skills, as all correspondence is done in English
