What role you will play in our team
The Celonis Process Mining Analyst will support the technical delivery and ongoing maintenance of Celonis process mining solutions. This role works with IT, data engineering, business analysts, and process owners to connect source system data, build data models, configure Celonis dashboards, and ensure accurate process insights. The position focuses on data integration, SQL logic, platform support, data validation, and technical enablement of business process mining use cases.

What you will do
'- Prepare Data from various systems and developing the data model by using SQL script and building the prototype dashboard analysis in Process Mining tool
- Explore and propose technical solutions based on Celonis capabilities, available data, and business needs.
- Work with different businesses and EMIT support team around the globe.
- Troubleshoot data refresh issues, transformation errors, dashboard discrepancies, and data quality concerns.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, ETL development, data foundation development, materialized views, or analytics platform support.
- Hands-on experience with Celonis process mining, especially backend activities such as data extraction, data modeling, data transformation, and data validation.
- Strong proficiency in SQLand Python.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and experience with platforms such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar database technologies.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, data transformation logic, and data foundation/view development.
- Strong data modeling skills, including understanding of data relationships, joins, and cardinality such as one-to-many or many-to-one relationships.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global technical and business teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical data requirements, Celonis configurations, and dashboard logic.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- Experience with PQL — Process Query Language.
- Experience with OCPM or object-centric process mining.
- Celonis certification or formal Celonis technical training.
- Experience with Celonis Data Integration, Knowledge Models, Views, Studio, Process Explorer, Action Flows, or Conformance.
- Familiarity with IT governance, role-based access control, data security, audit requirements, and production support practices.
- Experience working in Agile delivery, application support, incident management, or change management environments.
- Fundamental business process knowledge in supply chain, Order-to-Cash, procurement, finance, or shared services processes.
- Experience with SAP, Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, Python, or other enterprise analytics tools.
- Self-driven with the ability to learn new tools, apply learnings quickly, and work independently.
