What you will do
- Act as a primary analyst for Allegro supporting US Power Trading
- Daily application support for Allegro (incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis)
- System configuration, enhancements, performance tuning, and monitoring
- Small development tasks and fixes in C# and MSSQL
- Documentation, knowledge sharing, and coordination with global teams

Experienced ETRM System Analyst with strong US Power market expertise to provide technical support and small-scale development for Allegro, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of C# and .NET
- Allegro/ETRM application experience (config, performance, troubleshooting)
- US Power market knowledge
- SQL Server skills: stored procedures, triggers, queries
- Basic Windows Server administration
- Critical thinking, analytical capability, and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- AWS, Terraform
