ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What Role You WIll Play on Our Team

The Change Management Advisor is a strategic partner who enables business transformation by driving adoption, readiness, and sustained value capture. This role focuses on the people side of change—process, technology, role, and ways-of-working impacts—by applying structured change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management to ensure change initiatives meet objectives.

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Lead change management using a structured methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR®) across initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses; identify risks and mitigation actions.
  • Develop and execute integrated change plans (communications, training, sponsor/leader engagement, resistance mgmt).
  • Partner with senior leaders to effectively sponsor change through active and visible leadership, clear communications and building coalitions of support
  • Partner with Project Managers/work leads and business stakeholders to integrate change activities into project plans and deployment waves.
  • Create and manage change deliverables (e.g., playbooks, comms assets, training materials, adoption/readiness tools).
  • Establish feedback loops and success metrics (readiness/adoption signals, surveys, usage indicators) to monitor adoption and sustain value over time.
  • Capture learnings and continuously improve change approaches, templates, and practices.

About You

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise change with Fortune 100 global companies
  • Demonstrated experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills; ability to influence at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability; ability to diagnose adoption barriers and prioritize interventions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration/project tools (e.g., SharePoint; Smartsheet or similar).

Preferred

  • Prosci Change Management Certification (or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with project management lifecycle phases and tools.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site, or multi-wave transformations.
  • Experience with adoption/readiness measurement and change analytics.
