Job Role Description

Supports the full trade lifecycle by coordinating deal development, execution, and post-trade activities in collaboration with Trading and Origination teams. This role ensures business readiness for new opportunities, manages trade positions in collaboration with the Market Risk function, and facilitates alignment across commercial and support functions. The Coordinator provides analytical insights on trade performance, risk exposure, and market dynamics to enable informed trade money management

Job Role Responsibilities

Coordinate preparatory work for new business scenarios, including toolkits, analysis, and presentation materials (e.g. pitch books) to support strategic planning
Support Traders and Originators in negotiating and executing agreements for new opportunities and managing existing contracts
Facilitate deal implementation, including ETRM setup and coordination with Risk Management and other support functions
Manage implementation of new activities such as market entry, logistics coordination, enabling agreements, IT setup, and Management of Change
Prepare mid- and back-office teams for operational readiness of new deals
Support position management for the trading team and recommend actions to maintain balanced positions
Monitor commercial and market risk associated with trades, including operational impacts
Analyze trade risk reports and recommend or take appropriate actions as authorized
Maintain and update the opportunity pipeline, tracking counterparty engagement and key milestones
Facilitate prioritization and alignment meetings with Trading, Origination, and other stakeholders
Coordinate interfaces with functional support groups for deal reviews, due diligence, and approvals
Coordinate with Analytics to gather competitor and industry research to support opportunity evaluation
Act as the commercial contact for forward price curve management
Support regulatory and compliance activities on behalf of Trading and Origination teams
