Job Role Description
Experienced Key Account Manager responsible for managing key client relationships and handling more complex commercial negotiations and transactions. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive profitability, identify new commercial opportunities, and generate solutions to meet customer needs, drive business growth, manage strategic customer relationships, and expand market presence in Brazil.
Job Role Responsibilities
- Implement local sales plan to meet annual Planning & Budget and marketing plan objectives
- Monitoring market conditions, trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
- Apply selling skills and consistently execute the sales processes such as sales pipeline management including regular analysis and follow-up
- Manage credit and pricing consistency with defined offer standards
- Effective and efficient use of internal expertise, e.g. Sales Development (SD), Sales & Marketing Operations (SMO), Customer Service (CAS), Field Engineering & Technology (CAD) and/or Marketing resources to deliver customer valued solutions
- Incorporate supply chain strengths in tactical account activities
- Apply coaching and communication techniques to build positive relationships with channel partners, customers and internal functions
- Promote value selling portfolio in the region/territory, meeting business targets of volume, UVM and TVM

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Chemistry, or Plastic technology.
- 10 –15 years of sales experience within the Plastics and Resins industry (required).

- B2B Sales and Commercial Negotiations
- Managing strategic customer relationships
- Experience working with brand owners, distributors, and partners across the value chain is preferred.
