What role you will play in our team

 

The Operations Specialist provides critical administrative and operational support to field and office teams by ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and coordination across multiple systems and processes. This role is responsible for entering, tracking, and maintaining production, drilling, workover, and maintenance data while supporting day-to-day operations through reporting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The Operations Specialist also assists with meeting coordination, training support, invoice and ticket processing, and various projects as needed. By maintaining organized records, supporting data integrity, and serving as a backup resource across the team, this role helps ensure efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated operations.
 

What you will do

 

  • Data entry into SharePoint, Excel, Siteview, Wellview, TOW, Geoforce, eVIN, XSPOC, Ops Info, Vworks, Databasin, Oracle, PLEX, PASS, Power BI, HSE applications and others
  • Track and monitor production, workover, compression, maintenance, drilling, completion and flowback data, submit partner reports as required, code/stamp invoices/field tickets
  • Coordinate/order new lease/well signs as needed.  Maintain paper well files on site
  • Create basic presentations for meetings when required
  • Scribe and organize meetings for workgroups, subcommittees, and focus groups. 
  • Assist with training/technical assistance as needed
  • Assist Supervisors/Management with various projects as needed
  • Provide backup for other Ops Techs when necessary.

 

About you

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification; Associate’s degree preferred. College degree maybe considered in lieu of experience
  • Prior oil and gas database experience with a working knowledge of Peloton Products (Wellview/Siteview) Oracle, Databasin, TOW, Spotfire preferred

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

Basic computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
