Job Role Description

The Advanced Integrity Engineer is responsible for ensuring the health and reliable performance of pressure equipment and associated infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of inspection and integrity practices, risk management, and analysis of key performance indicators as well as the ability to apply new technologies and methods to maintain and improve the safety, efficiency, and longevity pressure equipment

Job Role Responsibilities

- Asset Integrity Management: Develop and implement comprehensive asset integrity management programs to ensure the safety and reliability of pipelines, pressure vessels, and other fixed equipment and infrastructure
- Inspection and Monitoring: Oversee regular inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and monitoring activities to detect and assess corrosion, fatigue, and other forms of degradation
- Risk Assessment: Conduct detailed risk assessments and failure mode analysis to identify potential integrity threats and develop mitigation strategies
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to operations, maintenance, and project teams on integrity-related issues and incident investigations
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze inspection and monitoring data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas requiring attention. Generate reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset integrity management practices, technologies and business performance
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all integrity management activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Coaching and Mentoring: Training, knowledge transfer and technical guidance for lesser experienced engineers
