What role you will play in our team

 

We are seeking an action-oriented Market Developer to lead key initiatives for our groundbreaking Proxxima™ polyolefin thermoset resin system that will enable and enhance sales growth and value creation across market segments. This position is ideal for a strategic leader with deep experience in composites or thermoset resins value-chains, who has the ability to translate technical advantages into commercial success.  
In this role, you will be responsible for building and operationalizing the competitive intelligence ecosystem.  The requires developing mechanistic understanding of pricing and value of both our products and competitive products, and converting this understanding into educational content, tools, and decision-making frameworks for the broader team.  Your work will directly shape how we position, price, and grow Proxxima™ across global markets.
Additional this role will lead new product or application launches, identification and development of new sales growth opportunities, and drive marketing capability build for an exciting growth business.

What you will do

 

  • Build Competitive Intelligence Operation.
  • Build and evolve a robust intelligence ecosystem to track pricing trends, competitor positioning, and value differentiation.
  • Develop analytical and educational tools to empower the commercial team with actionable insights.
  • Analyze industry data and market intelligence to inform product and pricing decisions.
  • Lead Revenue Management Process.
  • Design and continuously improve a global Revenue Management Process grounded in value-in-use fundamentals.
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing and sales planners, segment leads, and other commercial team members to maximize process effectiveness.
  • Lead commercial team discussions to drive pricing excellence and a value-first culture.
  • Opportunity and Roadmap Development.
  • Evaluate the feasibility and potential ROI of new product or applications ideas to assess and communicate business cases for new technology projects or initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Application Technology colleagues to maximize the value of new product or application developments and launches.
  • Develop and maintain growth roadmaps aligned with business goals, market opportunities, and technology milestones.
  • Drive successful go-to-market execution and post-launch performance tracking.
  • KPI and Innovation Tracking.
  • Establish and monitor key product and business performance metrics.
  • Use data to refine strategy and improve product outcomes.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and market disruptions.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation or differentiation in the product portfolio.

About you

 

  • 10+ Years of Experience in Advanced Materials - Proven track record in business development, marketing, market development or commercialization within composites or thermoplastic materials.
  • Strong Program Leadership - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs or initiatives from concept through deployment.
  • Deep Market Knowledge in composites raw materials and ecosystems - In-depth understanding of composites materials used by application, and their functional value. Understanding of industry norms around offer and pricing is a plus.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking - Strong capability to assess complex data sets and build scalable tools or processes to empower the broader team.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills - Ability to influence and align diverse internal and external stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and commercial teams.
  • Technical and Commercial Acumen - A balanced understanding of both material science fundamentals and business drivers, enabling effective translation of technical benefits into commercial value propositions.  Experience in working with composites manufacturers to implement new raw materials into their products/processes is a plus.
  • Strong track record of achieving new market growth, through effective program management.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English to support global collaboration.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly.
  • Proficient in analyzing and organizing market data.
  • Strong Ability to translate technical features into commercial value.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
