Job Role Summary

Safety, Security, Health and Environment Data Management Supervisor

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, complete  assignments  requiring broad knowledge  of environmental concepts, compliance  issues, and regulations.
  • Under general supervision, provide cost-effective environmental  guidance and recommendations to operations.
  • Conduct routine Division interface meetings.
  • Complete air permit applications in multiple  states (initial focus TBD).
  • Perform air related compliance activities such as EIQ completion  and upset reporting as needed.
  • Assist divisions with facility design recommendations to minimize air emissions and meet State and Federal requirements.
  • Assist division with GHG program, as needed.
  • Act as liaison between the division and state and federal agencies.   
  • Participate in agency inspections.
  • Work with EMIS and production/operations software to establish equipment inventory relevant to environmental reporting.
  • Conduct division environmental compliance assurance reviews.
  • Assist with regulatory  research.
  • Assist in developing  and rolling out basic environmental  training modules for air compliance.
  • Complete other environmental tasks as assigned.

Job Role Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline required.
  • Oil/gas midstream  and/or upstream industry experience preferred.
  • Air permitting experience preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State (where operating) environmental regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge  of Microsoft  Office computer software; Visio, HYSIS and other simulation software.
  • Self-starter and can work as an individual contributor as well as in a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Able to build working relationships  with midstream  and production personnel to accomplish environmental goals.
