Job Role Description

The Digital Product Management Advisor enables data-driven decision-making by maintaining high-quality data, supporting business systems, and driving the creation and adoption of digital solutions that improve efficiency and performance.

Job Role Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Support digital transformation by identifying, developing, and implementing digital solutions and system enhancements that improve efficiency and deliver business value.
  • Manage data and information assets by collecting, validating, and maintaining high-quality data while promoting data governance, information management standards, and lifecycle management.
  • Provide administration and support for Digital and Information Management tools, including user support, incident resolution, ticket management, and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools through change management, communication, user training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to standardize processes, implement new technologies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, or a related field; candidates graduating or completing engineering degree requirements by Summer 2026 are encouraged to apply.
  • Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform), process improvement, workflow design, automation, digital transformation initiatives, and AI tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
