What role you will play in our team
Be part of a team shaping a secure, modern digital workplace. In this role, you’ll help protect and optimize enterprise devices through endpoint management, cybersecurity practices, automation, and intelligent application delivery.
Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll gain hands-on experience with enterprise tools and contribute to improving device security, performance, and user experience across the organization.
What you will do
• Support the engineering and maintenance of secure authentication and identity solutions (certificate-based authentication, SmartCard, MFA)
• Assist in maintaining PKI hygiene and encryption standards (e.g., EFS)
• Help align endpoint configurations with corporate cybersecurity assessments and control requirements (e.g., DPAT, eCIMS, VAT)
• Contribute to Microsoft Intune operations, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, baselines, and firewall rules
• Assist in building and maintaining Proactive Remediations and automation scripts; help monitor service health and SLAs
• Support co-management integration with SCCM/MECM and phased deployment strategies
• Assist with SCCM/MECM operations and Windows configuration layers (GPO, DFS, Sysvol, Netlogon, Task Sequences)
• Help package and deploy applications and updates (e.g., AppGate, IBOSS, Infoblox, MiNiFi)
• Support automation and validation efforts using PowerShell, including deployment rings and user communications
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining endpoint security agent health (SentinelOne, SEP, CrowdStrike)
• Use tools such as Nexthink and Datadog to support endpoint telemetry, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Contribute to automation workflows and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Operations, Packaging, CX) in an Agile environment
About You
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in IT, endpoint management, or cybersecurity-related roles
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (endpoint security, identity, encryption, zero-trust principles)
• Understanding of Microsoft Intune and/or device management tools
• Exposure to Windows OS, Active Directory/Entra ID, and networking fundamentals
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Demonstrated curiosity about cybersecurity, endpoint management, and automation
• Strong willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of assigned tasks
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
• Experience in endpoint security, system administration, or IT support
• Exposure to tools such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, Nexthink, or Datadog
• Familiarity with endpoint security platforms (e.g., SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, SEP)
• Experience with PowerShell scripting or automation concepts
• Understanding of application packaging or deployment processes
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
• Interest in cybersecurity certifications or continued technical development
• Security-first mindset with proactive approach to risk mitigation
• Strong interest in automation and improving operational efficiency
• High ownership mentality with attention to detail
• Curiosity, drive, and a growth mindset suited for a fast-learning environment
