What role you will play in our team
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate and reliable vendor data by adhering to the procedures outlined in the Payables Handbook (PHB) and relevant country-specific guidelines.
You will collaborate with a diverse network of stakeholders, including ExxonMobil affiliates, suppliers, banking partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
What you will do
- Maintain and enhance the Vendor Master File within a well-controlled environment, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity.
- Proactively safeguard against duplicate payments by applying strong controls and attention to detail.
- Process daily requests across multiple ERP systems efficiently and accurately, consistently meeting timelines and maintaining a high level of quality.
About You
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Access).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and priorities.
• Process orientation and understanding of work activities.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
