Job Summary

Primary role is to provide assistance to EHS Coordinators.

Job Responsibilities

Provide support to EHS Coordinators in:

  • Interacting with XTO and contract workforce to establish and promote safety culture,
  • Assisting with Contractor Safety Program,
  • Conducting Safety Meetings and Contractor Expectation Meetings,
  • Auditing contract agency safety programs,
  • Administering EH&S processes throughout the Delaware District (Southern New Mexico and West Texas),
  • Tracking contract agency performance using ISNetworld database,
  • Conducting routine Industrial Hygiene sampling, and
  • Other duties as prescribed to ensure safety and environmental compliance.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required

  • Must have strong commitment to Safety, Health and Environmental
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work outdoors in field position

Typical Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm with night and weekends on call.
