What role will you play in our team
Operador de Montacargas
Responsable de la operación segura y eficiente de montacargas para el movimiento, almacenamiento, suministro y control de materiales dentro de la planta, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad y productividad.
What you will do
Operar montacargas tipo hombre sentado de acuerdo con los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos.
Cargar y descargar unidades de transporte.
Almacenar y retirar materiales y producto terminado de racks.
Suministrar materiales a líneas de producción y áreas operativas.
Verificar la conformidad de materiales recibidos.
Realizar movimientos de inventario y transacciones en el sistema de administración de almacenes (WMS).
Apoyar en inventarios físicos y control de materiales.
Ejecutar inspecciones básicas del equipo y reportar desviaciones.
Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad, calidad y orden en la planta.
Trabajar en coordinación con las áreas operativas para asegurar la continuidad de la operación.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
Preparatoria o Bachillerato concluido.
Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en operación de montacargas.
DC-3 vigente para operación de montacargas.
Conocimiento básico de manejo seguro de materiales e inventarios.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir procedimientos operativos.
Disponibilidad para rotar mensualmente entre turno matutino (06:00 a 14:00) y vespertino (14:00 a 22:00).
Disponibilidad para laborar tiempo extra cuando sea requerido.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
Experiencia en almacenes, logística o manufactura.
Conocimiento de sistemas WMS o herramientas de control de inventarios.
Facilidad de traslado al centro de trabajo.
Disponibilidad para laborar de lunes a sábado.
Experiencia en ambientes industriales con altos estándares de seguridad.
Conocimiento básico de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y metodologías 5S.
