Job Role Summary

Provides Environmental, Health and Safety oversight and training for the Midstream Operations organization in the Delaware Basin.

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Administers Environmental, Health and Safety standards throughout the Midstream's Delaware Basin region.
  • Reviews, interprets and advises key stakeholders on XTO Environmental, Health and Safety processes and applicable OSHA regulations.
  • Assists with documentation and investigation of incidents.
  • Evaluates incident data for trends and provides insight to key stakeholders.
  • Provides and assists with training on Environmental, Health and Safety topics.

Expected Level of Proficiency

  • Minimum of five (5) years of Environmental, Health and Safety or oil/gas field experience preferred.
  • Strong commitment to Environmental, Health and Safety principles.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills..
  • Strong customer service focus in daily interactions with key stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills to include the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Must be able to take direction.
