Job Role Summary

Provide licensed electrical experience for a variety of assignments with the Delaware Division.

Job Role Responsibilities

Be on the job at the assigned time. Inspect equipment and facilities for problems and do minor repairs. Coordinate electrical contractor activities. Coordinate electrical warranty work/reports. Maintain and monitor electrical shop and inventory. Prototype, debug and field test new technology. Adhere to all environmental and safety policies. Communicate with Production Foreman and Lease Operators on a daily basis. Keep company vehicle maintained and in in good working order.

Expected Level of Proficiency

  • Must possess Master or Journeyman electrical license and be NFPA70E certified.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain motors and controllers, switchgear and ESP panels and installations.
  • Supervise electrical installations and contract crews and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
  • Maintain Electrical Distribution System (EDS) including substations were applicable.
  • Good computer skills with a variety of software, including the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
