What you will do
• Coordinate contracts development, renewal and amendments in partnership with Procurement.
• Monitor contracts compliance.
• Manage escalations.
• Conduct risk assessments, ensuring controls compliance (ITCM, others).
• Steward SLAs and KPIs.
• Conduct 360 vendor surveys.
• Look for continuous improvement and innovation initiatives related to vendors.
• Manage vendor payments.
• Ensure VMO site / documents are updated.
• Acts as stand-in for another Vendor Manager position as required.
