Job Role Description

The Digital Workplace Engineer - Advanced is responsible for architecting, designing, and engineering end user computing devices, including mobile devices, to enhance productivity and user experience. This role involves integrating and managing messaging, content management, and unified communication applications, and ensuring seamless access to corporate resources. The technologist will provide advanced technical support with limited oversight and focus on enhancing communication, collaboration, and content management across various devices. This position requires proficiency in end user technology and the ability to implement solutions to improve user experience

Job Role Responsibilities

- Design and engineer end user computing devices, including mobile devices
- Integrate and manage messaging, content management, and unified communication applications
- Ensure seamless access to corporate resources
- Provide advanced technical support with limited oversight
- Enhance communication, collaboration, and content management across various devices
