Job Role Description

The Payment Solution Analyst role supports ExxonMobil’s Source-to-Pay value chain and Trading operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of high-value third-party and interaffiliate hydrocarbon invoices. Key stakeholders include external vendors and internal teams such as Financial Services, Trading, Supply, and Tax. The objective is to maintain efficient payment performance and support planned working capital targets.

What you will do

Verification of prices, volume and legal requirements of incoming invoices from counterparties in corporate SAP systems against ExxonMobil records, calculations and the contractual agreement

•        Posting invoices accurately in SAP and arranging settlement on the due date designated in the contract

•        Written and verbal English language communication related issue resolution with our counterparties` back-office departments

•        Troubleshooting issues related to incoming invoices with interfacing ExxonMobil departments – trading, scheduling, volumetric accounting, payables and tax

•        Provide explanation and input in case of late payments to ensure accurate metrics reporting monthly
