Job Role Description

Responsible for a blend of tactical and strategic tasks associated with inventory management and the replenishment process. This role frequently involves managing projects and coordinating teams, overseeing policy execution, collaborating with other departments with a supply-related focus to ensure operational compliance

Job Role Responsibilities

- Communication and Alignment: Works closely with Market-Back Supply personnel to translate demand plans into optimized replenishment / supply plans
- Inventory and Order Management: Creates and executes short term replenishment / supply plans that balance material demand, inventory position, capacity constraints and service level requirements within region
- Issue Resoluition and Escalation: Resolves / escalates replenishment issues, working with cross functional teams or third party providers
- Network Optimization and Product Transitions: Supports network inventory activities, including build, run-down and product change-over / decommercialization according to the product line change management process
- Delivery Performance: Assists in generating plans for the disposal and redeployment of obsolete, slow-moving, or excessive inventory
- Inventory and Order Management: Minimizes impact of product shortages through regional deployment and / or expediting production
- Mentorship and Training: Subject Matter Expert (SME) for systems / processes related to replenishment planning; mentors and provides training to Associates roles
