What role will you play in our team
Ensure contract and task administration is carried out in a timely, accurate manner in line with the contract. Support to LOBD team by coordinating and ensuring end to end flawless processing of contracts in systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enter commercial transactions into the systems.
- Coordinates, records functional reviews/endorsements of contracts across organizations & regions as required.
- Ensures all master data requests are accurately entered into appropriate system and compliance with all EM company policies and legal obligations as required.
- Maintains repository of contracts/amendments/approvals/supporting documents in relevant systems/tools as required.
- Maintains contract documentation and supports UIA/Internal audit reviews, contract register and repository of contracts and amendments including approval documentation
- Monitors/supports contractual task execution as required.
- Supports contract owners / business line in resolving operational, commercial or contractual issues, as required.
- Works with cross functional team in development of GTCs and facilitates development and approval of boundary conditions.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade or similar degrees.
- 3+ years of experience in Contract Management support.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
