The Supply Chain organization is seeking talented professionals to join our growing and dynamic team. The International Trade Enablement (ITE) organization provides global trade compliance expertise across ExxonMobil’s business lines, supporting business operations, growth initiatives, and strategic projects.

 

This position is based in Buenos Aires (Docklands) and offers the opportunity to work with global stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

 

What role will you play in our team

 

As an Export Operations Specialist, you will support and oversee operational activities related to export regulations and trade compliance requirements at a country and/or regional level. You will provide daily compliance guidance to the business, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure efficient and compliant export operations.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting export compliance processes and operational activities.
  • Managing broker relationships and monitoring performance.
  • Identifying compliance risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to support business objectives.
  • Participating in projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

About You

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in international Trade 
  • Relevant experience in Export Operations, Customs, Trade Compliance, or International Trade
  • Supply Chain Experience and understanding of international logistics processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.

 

 

     

     Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience in a multinational corporation or global compliance organization.
  • Knowledge of export controls, customs regulations, and trade compliance practices.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively through informal leadership.
  • Experience managing customs brokers or external service providers.
