The IT department is seeking new candidates to its dynamic team. The department provides support worldwide to the Organizations all along the value chain from exploration through site development to production.
What role you will play in our team:
The EUC Device Solutions Engineer (Armor) is responsible for designing, securing, and continuously improving endpoint management capabilities across the enterprise. This role combines End User Computing (EUC), cybersecurity, and automation expertise to ensure devices remain secure, compliant, and reliably managed throughout their lifecycle.
The position focuses on modern device management through Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM, secure authentication and identity integration, endpoint protection, application deployment, and operational automation. The engineer works closely with Security, Operations, Packaging, and Digital Workplace teams to accelerate the secure delivery of technology solutions while maintaining a strong security posture.
In this role, you will help drive endpoint modernization initiatives, improve endpoint health and user experience through telemetry and automation, and contribute to a secure, scalable, and resilient digital workplace.

What you will do:
• Own and continuously improve Microsoft Intune services, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, firewall configurations, and device management standards
• Manage endpoint environments through Intune and MECM/SCCM, including co-management strategies and phased deployment approaches
• Engineer and maintain secure authentication solutions including certificate-based authentication, SmartCard integration, MFA, and identity-related controls
• Support enterprise PKI services, certificate lifecycle management, encryption technologies, and endpoint security standards
• Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications and security agents across managed devices
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation, Intune Proactive Remediations, and endpoint self-healing capabilities
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, performance, and security posture using telemetry platforms such as Nexthink and Datadog
• Build dashboards, reports, remote actions, and automated workflows to improve user experience and operational efficiency
• Manage Windows endpoint configurations including Group Policies, operating system deployments, task sequences, DFS, Sysvol, and related infrastructure components
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain endpoint protection solutions, ensure policy compliance, and support vulnerability remediation initiatives
• Support application deployment strategies, deployment rings, rollback planning, and software lifecycle management
• Participate in Agile delivery practices, sprint ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with Operations, Security, Packaging, Licensing, Digital Workplace, and Infrastructure teams to remove blockers and accelerate secure delivery
About you:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, EUC Engineering, Modern Workplace, Systems Engineering, or related roles
• Strong experience administering Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 endpoint environments
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Understanding of endpoint security concepts including hardening, vulnerability management, encryption, and Zero Trust principles
• Experience managing configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and device lifecycle processes
• Experience with endpoint security solutions such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, SEP, or equivalent technologies
• Familiarity with certificate management, PKI infrastructure, SmartCards, and authentication technologies
• Experience with monitoring and telemetry platforms such as Nexthink, Datadog, or similar tools
• Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Knowledge of software packaging, deployment methodologies, patching strategies, and release management practices
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional team environments
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
