Job Role Description
This role coordinates and supports relevant stages of the applicable contract management process. Ensures contract and task administration is carried out in a timely, accurate manner in line with the contract.
What will you do
- Distributes contracts to all concerned parties (e.g. EM, 3rd party personnel, customs and regulatory representatives) as required
- Coordinates, records functional reviews/endorsements of contracts (incl. DOAG) across organizations & regions as required
- Maintains repository of contracts/amendments/approvals/supporting documents in relevant systems/tools (e.g. administration, electronic/physical filing) as required
- Maintains contract documentation and supports UIA/Internal audit reviews, contract register and repository of contracts and amendments including approval documentation
- Monitors/supports contractual task execution (e.g. maintaining dedicated repository, data collection, review analysis) as required
- Tracks contractual notices, ensures adequate review is obtained timely and notice periods are met (e.g. evergreen, auto-renewal, expiration and standard contract templates) as required
- Supports contract owners / business line in resolving operational, commercial or contractual issues, as required.
- Works with cross functional team in development of GTCs (Trading, Law, Audit, etc) and facilitates development and approval of boundary conditions
- Leads assigning contract value and identification of high-risk clauses
- Responsible for leading adhoc initiatives, including automation projects and process optimization efforts, to improve operational effectiveness, reduce manual work, and strengthen contract administration controls.

- Bachelor Degree: Business Administration - Accountant or can be other Economic related career.
- Systems knowledge applicable to the position: SAP
- Microsoft package.
