What role will you play in our team

 

The Business Capability team is seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Intern to support the development of customer-facing automation and digital experiences using Microsoft's low-code technologies.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. The intern will work closely with business stakeholders globally and technical team members to help design, build, test, and maintain low-code solutions that improve customer experience and business processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in automation, AI-powered assistants, low-code development, and digital transformation, and who is eager to learn in a collaborative business environment.

Key Responsibilities

 

Low-Code Solution Development

  • Assist in building and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Support the creation of automated workflows that improve customer and business processes.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of low-code applications.
  • Help document solution designs, business requirements, and user guides.
  • Assist with configuring data connections and integrations using standard connectors.

 

Copilot Studio & AI Solutions

  • Support the development and enhancement of customer-facing Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Assist in creating conversational solutions, workflows, and knowledge sources.
  • Test Agent responses and help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor feedback and support continuous enhancement of AI-powered experiences.
  • Help maintain documentation and configuration records for Copilot solutions.

 

Project & Business Support

  • Collaborate with business users to understand process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings, sprint activities, and solution reviews.
  • Working globally from Budapest with EAME, AP and SA
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
  • Support adoption and training efforts for new solutions and automations.
  • Contribute ideas for improving customer interactions through automation and AI.

 

Preferred Skills

 

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio).
  • Basic pro-code concepts.
  • Awareness of AI solutions, chatbots, or conversational AI technologies.
  • Understanding data concepts such as tables, lists, and simple data relationships.
  • Exposure to low-code or no-code development platforms is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, connectors, or system integrations is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working is an advantage.
