Job Role Description

An Advanced Industrial Hygiene professional develops and delivers Industrial Hygiene systems and services systems services to business line operations. They have the capability to work independently on moderately complex tasks, solve problems with minimal guidance, and make impactful decisions using their experience and perspectives. They serve as an independent contributor capable of effectively influencing team actions and decisions

Job Role Responsibilities

Participate in the development and local implementation of health hazard control programs
Provide technical / functional guidance to business partners / Industrial Hygiene contacts at assigned sites / business units
Review Industrial Hygiene annual plans as appropriate
Advocate proactively for evidence-based actions
Provide mentoring, facilitate training for local Industrial Hygiene resources at assigned sites
Conduct field verification to evaluate effectiveness of exposure assessment programs / controls and compliance with local regulations
Assess compliance with relevant regulations, identify gaps and make recommendations to enhance compliance
Assess local implementation of exposure assessment and control programs via analysis of field assessments, performance metrics, and event reports to identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and / or efficiency, develop alignment and implement improvements
