Job Role Responsibilities


KEY DELIVERABLES (Define/outline primary responsibilities)

  • Acts as the single point of contact cross-functionally for assigned market product projects throughout all the phases of the change
  • Ensures fit for purpose change planning based on understanding of value, complexity, and risk
  • Drives thorough project analysis based on understanding of project scope and product requirements
  • Drives EMCAPS project requirements and deliverables, when applicable
  • Develops an in-depth understanding of project complexity, risk, and cross-functional resourcing and supply chain needs
  • Represents the product project at various forms including the X Functional product team meetings
  • Drives PMOC creation through the ProMIS system and progresses to 'Analyze' once project scope is fully defined and cross-functional commitment is confirmed
  • Works jointly with Global PM or representative to define implementation plan at the market level
  • Works jointly with Mid-stream to plan higher complexity projects to ensure change is fit for purpose
  • Executes various system entries and approvals as part of project management, based on guidance from the Product Line Manager
  • Ensures project SMEs and stakeholders are engaged throughout the phases of the change
  • Leads project calls, follows up with task owners, drives projects through to completion efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the BPIMS Framework

  • Average product project deployment of assigned PMOCs
  • Ratio open vs. completed of assigned PMOC
  • Resource capacity requirements analysis

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in any fields
  • Fluency in English : TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Understanding of Lubricants business and overall network strategy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to drive functional excellence through a willingness to aggressively pursue new and creative approaches to resolve problems  
  • Demonstrate sound business judgment, decision making skills, and customer focus
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to influence and build consensus while balancing priorities
