Job Role Responsibilities

•Undertake research and provide insights on consumers, customers, programs, marketing communications and brand health across Asia Pacific markets
•Undertake analysis and provide recommendations on program performance changes
•Support local market efforts to develop strategies, plans, and programs that accurately reflect local market intelligence
•Ensure Market Research investments are optimized to deliver maximum return
•Manage third party service providers effectively in research field work
•Responsible for coordination of AP Marketing Research requirements and annual budget plans
•Collaborate with Global Market Research and Insight teams to deliver global led projects in Asia Pacific
•Keep abreast of competitive activities, industry and consumer trends

Required Skills and Knowledge
•Minimum bachelor's degree in any fields 
•Fluency in English : TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
•Detailed knowledge of marketing strategies, tactics, tools, and processes
•Exemplary written and verbal communications and keen attention to detail and quality 
•Experience in marketing/channel program design/monitoring/sales
•Strong analytical skills
•Ability to influence without formal authority
•Deep competency in research tools, methodology and techniques.
•Knowledge in Brand Health tracking, Discrete Choice Model, Marketing Mix Model and Multitouch Attribution would be an advantage
