Industrial Lubes Sales Advisor

Job Role Summary


Responsible for learning and applying ExxonMobil sales processes, brands, products and techniques used to create solutions for external parties.

Job Role Responsibilities


  • Manage accounts assigned with the objective of growing industrial lubricant business in assigned area 
  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of the sales pipeline process and benefit selling skills
  • Apply consultative to distributors to formulate offers and execute defined elements of Marketing and Technical Services Offering to customers 
  • Develop and demonstrate a knowledge of effective coaching and communication techniques to build positive business relationships with distributors and customers
  • Perform other duties or activities as assigned by Supervisor.


Required Skills and Knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanic Engineering with preferably 3-5 years of industrial sales & services 
  • Sales Experiences in Lubricants or relevant industry will be an advantage 
  • Good Consultation and Commercial Skills 
  • Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
