Responsible for supporting and enhancing the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process. This role offers broad exposure across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, data analytics, and procurement technology, with the opportunity to work in one or more of these areas based on business needs and individual strengths.

 

Key Deliverables of Position:

  • Gain hands-on experience in selected areas of the S2P(Source to Pay) lifecycle, including:
    • Sourcing & Contracting : Assist in supplier identification/evaluations, bid evaluations, Contract negotiation/drafting, compliance, and management
    • Operational Procurement: Execute purchase requisitions, orders, agreement creation and end to end procurement execution process
    • Data Analytics: Analyze procurement data and build dashboards
    • Technology Enablement: Support procurement system configuration and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements and digital solutions
  • Participate in user testing, training, and documentation for procurement tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement operations

Job Role Description

This role ensures effective execution of procurement and contract administration processes to support business continuity and compliance. It focuses on maintaining accurate agreements and purchase orders, optimizing data integrity, and facilitating collaboration between suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables

Job Role Responsibilities

- Process Application: Create, maintain and update purchase orders and agreements in correspondent systems, ensuring proper set up. Track and manage contract milestones such as renewals, expirations and amendments, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Follow standard procedures to resolve routine issues
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as point of contact for internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely deliverables and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract execution and procurement activities
- Process Maintenance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, tax regulations, and restricted party screening requirements throughout the procurement and contract lifecycle. Maintain organized repositories of contracts, amendments and supporting documentation for audit and stewardship purposes
- Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and propose solutions to simplify workflows or enhance value delivery
- Monitor Data & Performance: Assist with basic reporting and key performance indicators tracking
