What Will You Do
• Provide actionable market intelligence, research and analysis by sourcing credible data, analyzing competitors, tracking trends, and forecasting growth:
o Data Collection: Identify and gather relevant data from secondary sources such as industry reports, market databases, government publications, trade journals, analyst reports, and reputable online resources. Engage external consultants to build network and facilitate any future consultant studies if needed.
Requires ability to proactively identify sources, including pursue ways to leverage non structured data (e.g., interview industry experts, other publicly available information).
o Trend Identification: Track and report on emerging market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the industry.
o Market Sizing & Forecasting: Use secondary data to estimate market size, growth rates, and potential opportunities.
o Reporting & Visualization: Prepare clear, concise reports and dashboards summarizing findings for internal stakeholders. Maintain library of insights reports and studies that have been completed and promote for use by marketing and other interested functions
o Quality Assurance: Validate the credibility and accuracy of sources to ensure reliable insights.
o Collaboration: Work closely with market development teams to align research outputs with business objectives.
•Pipeline health process & analysis: Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the opportunity pipeline process.
o Pipeline Health Monitoring: Track and maintain the opportunity pipeline health across all stages.
o Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze and insights creation from pipeline metrics such as win rates, deal velocity, stage conversion, and forecast accuracy.
o Opportunity Prioritization: Identify high-value opportunities and recommend actions to accelerate commercial progression.
o Trend & Gap Analysis: Detect patterns in pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
o Reporting & Visualization: Colaborate with stakeholders and generate insights for senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
o Target setting: Calculate targets, incorporating attrition, targets to be aligned to the focus areas defined by the business market development teams.
• Commercial launch progress (e.g., for new products and new applications):
o Align commercial KPIs monitor and steward progress with business stakeholder.
• External marketing communication
o Faciltate and key point of contact for internal process and reviews of business created external content
o Annual audit of BU External Literature Library to archive outdated material and/or assign and track document owner to review and update the content
• Collaboration: work closely with multilevel marketing teams/members
About You

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights
• Prior market-facing experience in either Sales, Marketing, and/or Technical Support preferred
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
