What role you will play in our team

 

 

The Learning Stewardship & Analytics Specialist is responsible for driving data integrity, reporting excellence, and financial stewardship across the Learning organization. This role provides actionable insights through learning analytics, ensures compliance with corporate and government reporting requirements, and supports the annual Planning & Budgeting (P&B) cycle.

The Specialist enables informed decision-making by delivering reliable data, transparent metrics, meaningful dashboards, and compliant reporting practices. Acting as a key liaison between Learning, HR, Controllers (Planning & Stewardship), Managed Service Provider (MSP)/P2P teams, and Talent Insights, this role ensures effective governance, operational efficiency, and fiscal accountability across the learning portfolio.

 

 

What you will do

 

 

  • Learning Analytics & Reporting:
    • Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that measure learning effectiveness, utilization, participation, vendor performance, and spend.
    • Analyze learning data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
    • Manage data collection, validation, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
    • Support competency assessment (CAS) and THA programs by conducting data analysis, measurement, and reporting
  • Corporate & Government Reporting:
    • Manage all corporate, regulatory, or government-required reporting related to learning activities, compliance training, or workforce development (e.g. Belgium, Singapore, Canada, USA).
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, alignment with audit (UIA) and external regulatory expectations.
    • Serve as the point of contact for audits, data requests, and compliance reviews.
  • Planning & Stewardship:
    • Coordinate learning-related accrual processes with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) teams, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and appropriate documentation.
    • Support the annual Planning & Budgeting (P&B) process, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
    • Monitor learning expenditures, vendor spend, and financial performance against budget plans.
 
 

About You

 

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience supporting Planning & Budgeting (P&B), financial stewardship, forecasting, or accrual management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across HR, Finance, Learning, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical and analytical findings to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated passion for data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), HR systems, and workforce analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard building, data modeling, visualization) will be an enabler.
  • Expert knowledge on SF / WebCAT data fields and reporting capabilities, most frequently used reports, etc.
  • Expert understanding on global, regional, and site-specific training reporting requirements
  • Expert understanding on competency assessment reports from GCT-CAS and linkages with HCM database from CareerConnect
