What You Will Do

We’re seeking a proactive, creatively minded Communications Advisors to support our global businesses from our Bengaluru hub. You’ll personally support the creation of compelling visual communications (e.g., social cards, infographics, short-form video), leverage social media monitoring and analytics, manage regional content calendars, and help to ensure website content is fresh and accurate. You’ll collaborate closely with country-level points of contact to build a steady baseload of high-quality content and support other communications needs for our European and Global affiliate business footprint as they arise.

These are hands-on roles for two communication all‑rounders who can ideate, plan, and measure and quickly incorporate learnings —balancing strong creative ideas with rigorous attention to process, governance, and brand standards.

About You

Content & Creative

  • Ideate and review visual assets for social and web aligned to brand guidelines and accessibility best practices in collaboration with Bengaluru-based design team.
  • Coordinate with internal design colleagues and external creative agencies: write/brief creative, manage timelines, QA outputs, and traffic approvals.
  • Write copy that advances our point of view and/ or advocacy positions
  • Build and maintain regional / affiliate content calendars (campaigns, content, events, key dates), ensuring steady content flow and alignment with country priorities.
  • Support country contacts to localize content (copy, imagery, translation workflows), maintain asset repositories, and standardize templates.
  • Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies, support delivery of paid media/advertising campaigns in Europe or marketing campaigns in Asia Pacific.

 

Social Media

  • Execute social posting plans for regional/country channels (in partnership with local teams); manage uploads, tagging, and scheduling.
  • Conduct social listening and monitoring: track conversations, competitor benchmarks, risks/issues, and content performance.

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Help collaboratively establish and steward  KPIs and provide updates to communications management.
  • Create clear, actionable recommendations to optimize content mix, creative, and posting cadence, using monthly/quarterly performance reports.

 

Internal Communications

  • Draft mass mails/newsletters for regional / global audiences, and collaborate with stakeholders for input, approvals and implementation.
  • Maintain a sending calendar, subscriber lists/segmentation, and performance tracking; continuously test/optimize (subject lines, CTAs).

 

Ways of Working

  • Partner with in-country contacts (and global/ Corporate teams as needed) to align on priorities and timelines; run efficient intake and briefing.
  • Provide light out-of-hours coverage for European time zones where required (e.g., morning overlap hours, occasional campaign spikes).
  • Uphold brand standards, regulatory expectations (e.g., GDPR for EU data), and accessibility guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-8 years in digital communications, social media, or content marketing roles with hands-on production and reporting experience (10-15 years preferred)
  • Strong portfolio of visual content (social cards, infographics, short-form motion/video or reels).
  • Experience managing social channels and web CMS (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or equivalent).
  • Proficient with analytics (e.g., GA4, native platform analytics, and/or Power BI/Tableau) and social scheduling/listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meltwater).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills in English; able to adapt tone for different audiences and channels
  • Proven experience working with external agencies and multi-country stakeholders; excellent project management.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, brand governance, and accessibility (alt text, color contrast, captions).
  • Comfortable working Bengaluru hours with overlap to Europe (early shift windows as needed).

 

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Email platforms: Mailchimp, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
  • SEO basics: keyword research, on-page optimization, structured content practices.
  • Design tools: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere), Canva, Figma.
  • Languages: Any European language (e.g., Spanish, French, German and/or Portuguese) is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries or corporate reputation contexts.
  • Experience with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems and taxonomy/tagging.
