What Role will You Play in Our Team
Planning analyst: will evaluate and improve the organization's planning processes by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making.
What Will You Do

Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to support planning activities.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations.

Process Evaluation: Evaluate current planning processes and recommend improvements.

Collaboration: Work with finance, operations, and other departments to align planning activities.

KPI Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Strategic Planning: Assist in developing annual/long-term strategic plans.

Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting.

Model Maintenance: Maintain and update planning models and tools.
About You
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering/Technology (in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil. Electrical, Production, industrial, plastic, petrochemical, electronics are preferred) with GPA 6.5+.
- 3-7 years in data analysis and planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power BI, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
