What Role Will You Play in Our Team
The Marketing and Communications Advisor manages marketing communications projects and drives digital marketing strategies to support global integrated Marketing and Communications campaigns. They design, implement, and evaluate Marketing and Communications initiatives across digital and traditional channels to engage customers, generate leads, and deliver measurable returns on these program investments
What you will do
• Project Management
Develop end-to-end marcom project plans (e.g., digital marketing campaigns,trade event presence, new collateral creation, etc.); understand project stages and interdependencies; meet schedule and budget requirements; and engage customers. This includes (but not limited to):
o Prepare project briefs with clear goals and deliverables
o Create compelling content in support of key messages
o Develop schedules with clear deliverables, deadlines and ownership
o Identify vendors to execute specific campaign activities (e.g., social media posts, booth design,
hero image and tagline, etc.)
o Understand KPIs, measure campaign activity and adjust tactics as appropriate
• Digital Marketing
Plan and successfully deliver integrated digital marcom campaigns that utilize a mix of digital marketing channels to deliver customer engagement and leads. Channels include (but not limited to):
o Social media (LinkedIn, YouTube)
o Websites
o Webinars
o SEO and SEM
o Email marketing
o Paid media
o Traditional media
• Brand Management
Understand brand strategy and develop campaigns in support of the strategy, drive growth in brand equity and enable ExxonMobil to compete to win.
Preferred Experiences
• Strong project management skills required; well-organized, efficient and able to lead and steward multiple projects simultaneously and within budget; able to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
• Marketing communications experience, including understanding of customer journey and lead nurturing, highly preferred
