What role will you play in our team
A Revenue Management Advisor will drive strategic revenue growth through external market surveillance and commercial actions. This role will be responsible for aligning pricing and volume decisions with financial targets, ensuring smooth execution. Leverage market intelligence and planning insights to inform revenue strategies, while applying financial acumen to monitor and optimize profitability.
What you will do
- Implement product-management best practices that deliver set goals aligned with short-term tactical and long-term strategic objectives
- Support GBU-specific margin model and application for short/long term decisions (experience curve / VA, global cost / optimization models, net cash margin, supply curves)
- Support Global / Regional Revenue Management activities - stewards monthly profitability and GI contribution and revenue management; drives improvement through cross region alignment across PM and commercial, generates insights based on external market analysis
- Exercises significant leadership across the value chain by recommending revenue improvement initiatives and overseeing implementation of global/regional plans
- Support and implement short- and long-term revenue management strategies and develop deployment insights, support intraregional product deployment
- Support response to near term disruptions and pricing management due to supply and demand balancing
- Periodic review of grade slate optimization opportunities as it relates to revenue management objectives
About You
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or technology, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, Production, or a related field with score 70% and above (equivalent CGPA); advanced degree is a plus.
- 10–15 years of experience in product management, manufacturing, or operations roles.
- Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration by engaging diverse teams in decision-making, fostering open communication, resolving conflicts constructively, and leveraging organizational strengths to drive business outcomes.
- Applies external insights and financial analysis to drive performance, take ownership of decisions, and promote innovation for efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Challenges conventional approaches, analyzes complex and ambiguous situations from multiple angles, and develops practical, data-informed solutions to meet business needs.
