Job description

Maintenance Improvement Coordinator is a role that leverages data capture and analytical skills to play an active role in stewarding Maintenance Improvement KPIs and implement recommendations.


  • Responsible to steward Maintenance Improvement KPIs, provide insights and highlight opportunity areas
  • Run SAP & CDMS reports to analyze, interpret and report Maintenance KPIs
  • Conduct maintenance contracts spend analysis
  • Responsible for Maintenance OPEX analysis and providing cost stewardship forecast
  • Perform cost analysis for annual maintenance plan line items 
  • Responsible to physically attest actual start / end of shift, breaks of various maintenance activities against scheduled work
  • Capture attest data, field barriers and present results in graphical reports clearly identifying effectiveness trends, field barriers with recommendations for improvement
  • Performance maintenance long term scheduling / levelling



  • BSc degree in Engineering or in Business Studies from a Accredited Canadian University.
  • Demonstrated competence in data capture, analytical and reporting skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel)


  • Previous experience with SAP 
  • Understanding of maintenance work processes in industrial setup
  • Understanding of maintenance budget and stewardship is an asset
  • Understanding of industry safety rules / protocols is an asset
  • 5+ years of broad-based experience in industrial setting 
  • Proficient in oral and written communications 
  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required.

Eligibility to work in Canada
