What role will you play in our team
As Contractor Data Management System (CDMS) Administrator, the successful candidate will play a key role in enabling the contractor workforce at Kearl & Cold Lake to effectively perform their work. The role will primarily support the work process flow for the contractor billing system CDMS (Track Software). The successfully candidate will engage cross functionally with the business, Procurement Operations & vendors to ensure timely and accurate billing for services as per their agreements so work can be efficiently planned and executed. This role is based in Calgary, Alberta.
What you will do
- Manage and support the administration of CDMS for a portfolio of vendors as the primary point of contact for vendor timekeepers
- Assist with a variety of activities in the system for both vendors & business users, including but not limited to: validation of service, system data maintenance, reconciliations & corrections to billed services, allocations, data entry, etc.
- Review and process entries in CDMS including but not limited to overrides (time adjustments), extra labor charges & non-billable services
- Support onboarding & training of new & existing users within the CDMS application
- Any other tasks as directed by Supervisor & Purchase to Pay Team Lead, in support of the business's objectives as it relates to overall Purchase to Pay responsibilities
About you
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Prior timekeeping or purchase to pay experience is an asset, specifically experience with Track Software (Track Admin, TrackSoftware, Management Console, Virtual Gate, TrackAnywhere)
- Prior experience in SAP is an asset
- The preferred candidate should be detail-oriented and well-organized with strong problem solving skills. Candidates should also have strong communication skills which are able to facilitate working relationships across sites & regions
