Supply and Planning Analyst – Intermediates
In this role, the incumbent will be given the opportunity to tackle a variety of challenges within our Supply Chain Organization helping move products from our manufacturing facility to customers all over North America.  Specific responsibilities include coordination of supply/demand balancing, execution of special projects, updating costing models, leading Business Practice Review meetings, and backfilling Polymers Supply Demand Planner.  The incumbent will leverage relationships with the Sarnia Chemical Plant, ExxonMobil Marketing and Supply, Customer Service, and Senior Management to help achieve business objectives.


Business Analyst – Polymers and Olefins
As part of the Polymers/Basic Chemicals planning group, this role ensures the ongoing financial reporting of business performance according to Imperial Oil and ExxonMobil Chemical standards.  Specific responsibilities include monthly/quarterly/annual business and financial reporting, input/analysis for stewardships, and corporate planning.  As well, the incumbent will conduct annual reviews of inter-affiliate agreements and transfer pricing per Revenue Canada guidelines.



  • A Bachelor’s degree or greater in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Economics or Science.


  • 3 – 5 years of experience. Recent graduates with good academic performance and work experience will also be considered. 
  • Manufacturing site experience an asset.
  • Previous work experience in supply chain/business analysis in oil and gas or chemicals would be an asset.
  • For future assignments, geographic mobility may be required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English are required for the role.
  • We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, results-oriented individuals who are energized by working with people and by achieving superior results.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are required with a solid working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
