What role you will play in our team
Provide in-depth individualized administrative support and advisement to client group and for multiple senior level managers. Display analytical competency and ability to problem solve critical issues. Further develop leadership skills (i.e. mentoring, team lead) and offer support to Executive Assistants. Recognized as a SME for organization wide processes.
What you will do
- Manage internal calendars and complex meeting schedules
- Manage expense reports, invoices, time writing, and time keeping
- Pro-actively assess and prioritize support needs
- Process personnel logistics activities including org charts, communication, and access management
- Coordinate complex and potentially confidential travel and security needs
- Execute or oversee key processes for a broader team or organization (i.e. lead restacks, Site Collection Administrator-SCA)
- Develop other admins in a team lead and/or mentorship role
- Master relevant technologies to facilitate administrative support and promote digital knowledge
- Demonstrate knowledge of organization/function processes, procedures & guidelines
- Articulate organization’s business strategy and understand portfolio
- Act as a central support and associated technology resource to other admin roles and client groups

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- Completion of a diploma program in Administrative Information Management or Similar an asset.
- Prior Administrative Experience, Specifically Industry Experience

Eligibility to work in Canada
