Sales Advisor (Xi'an)

Job Role Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

•Based in Xi'an
•Develop business plans to meet established objectives, and implement the sales processes
•Advise distributors' sales force in the effective implementation of marketing programs and sales initiatives; or lead EM business development for assigned focus sector
•Steward business relationships with key customers, channels and distributors
•Effectively allocate and manage company resources and assets assigned to support the implementation of the sales plan
•In conjunction with Customer Services and the Distributor Business Development group, steward credit performance of direct customers
•Take responsibility for maintaining our License to Operate, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies related to Safety, Health, Environment, Security and Business Controls.

 


REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

 

•Bachelor or Master degree holders in engineering. (e.g. mechanical engineering, etc.)

•Good command of spoken/written English

•Self-motivated, strong initiative and a desire to succeed
•Min. 2 years in reputable companies (local or foreign)
•Experience in metal equipment builder or sales experienced, particular distributor stewardship an added advantage
•Good sense of business ethics
