What role you will play in our team
- Western North Dakota covering the Bakken asset. Offices in Williston, Alexander, and Tioga.
- Challenging environment of enhancing safety, continued progression of digital technology, workflow efficiency, and building/trending data analytics for root cause failure analysis.
- Collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external vendors with a focus on improving reliability and profit.
- Provide workflows, schedules, and progress trends for management.
What you will do
- Build analytics for root cause failure analysis
- Schedule preventive maintenance to meet regulatory compliance and reliability expectations
- Review and monitor workflows, forms, and potential efficiency gains in the software programs
- Know scope of work for safety impacts along with production impacts
- Work with internal experts and third party vendors to enhance current technology, bolt on other current software programs, and view new technology
About You
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years prior industrial experience in Planning and/or Scheduling optimization
- Develop documentation associated with maintenance while communicating and tracking maintenance expenses
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent
- Strong influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, accuracy, effectiveness, and self-confidence
- Demonstrations of leadership and mentoring abilities
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- 5 years prior experiences in oil and gas industry is preferred
- Willing and able to work in various locations, both indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures
- Possess a valid driver's license with safe driving skills
