Job Role Responsibilities

1.Accountable and responsible to deploy Retail Stations Operatorship Fee Model 
2. Develop and lead programs/initiatives to support sales channels or customers and drive strong interface with Project & Process to ensure flawless project implementation
3. Develop and lead market plan to translate business objectives into actionable program activities
4. Contribute to the innovation and development of new solutions, tools, app UX/UI,  techniques and communications critical to successful implementation of business strategy
5. Keep abreast of competitive activities, industry and consumer trends
6. Identifies/validates the need to drive effectiveness and efficiencies of Sales processes by leveraging support functions service offering and Project & Process Advisors for implementation 
7. Support Regulations and Legistrations coordination work as regional interface with functional Support groups to ensure timely updates on outstanding Regulations and Legistrations issues to Retail Sales Management



Expected Level of Proficiency

1.Detailed knowledge of marketing strategies, tactics, tools, and processes
2.Demonstrated leadership and management skills with ability to guide cross functional teams 
3.Project management skills, ability to adapt to tight deadlines and frequent changes in priorities
