ExxonMobil has a long history in China dating back to 1892 when its predecessor Standard Oil began marketing kerosene to light the Mei Foo lamps at Chinese homes. What you will do
- Conduct and execute facility preventive maintenance program timely and effectively according to approved PM plan
- Proactively respond to MRWO raised by plant users and complete within scheduled time
- Conduct equipment calibration and special equipment inspection per regulatory and HCP requirements
- Support M&E engineer to manage the daily work and performance of M&E third party under scope at plant including job completeness and SSHE performance
- Develop purchase request to procurement team for third party maintenance service and goods per plant need
- Develop the maintenance, repair and calibration procedures for the daily activities
- Develop the spare parts strategy based on equipment critical level and repair records to ensure safety stock and support production need
- Conduct SAP system 225 spare parts request and receive
- Maintain equipment maintenance records and all other documents for both electrical and hardcopy version
- Ensure all the maintenance activities of are aligned with EM SSHE requirements including LPS, LSR, WCP and T1BP etc.
- Execute the maintenance modification project to improve equipment performance
- Support Engineering Capex projects for project development and commissioning
