Job Role Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for selling ExxonMobil products and offering solutions to industrial customers to achieve the sales plan either directly or in conjunction with designated ExxonMobil Distributor(s)
  2. Reports functionally to Sales Supervisor / Manager
  3. Key interface with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical and Operations
  4. Broad geographic coverage
  5. Execute defined marketing programs
  6. Apply consultative selling skills
  7. Face-to-face selling, closing the sale
  8. Working with Distributors
  9. Frequent local travel
  10. Visit large industrial sites
  11. Implement local sales plan to meet annual Planning & Budgeting and marketing plan objectives
  12. Manage credit and pricing consistent with defined offer standards
  13. Meet direct Opex objectives for area of responsibility
  14. Effective and efficient use of ExxonMobil Field Engineering and Marketing resources
  15. Consistently execute the Sales Pipeline process including regular analysis and follow-up
  16. Remain fully abreast of market conditions, trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
  17. Support Distributors by providing Sales Pipeline coaching and sell-out support to their staff
  18. Perform other duties or activities as assigned by supervisor


  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Experience working in Mining or Power Industry
  • Have experience in lubricants business will be advantage
  • Willing to relocate to other area in Indonesia
