Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing and develop direct & indirect relationship with B2C key account and modern chain customers
  2. Create a compelling offers and proposal for the accounts
  3. Develop and execute strategies consistent with geographical/functional objectives
  4. Understand and adjust strategies accommodate market, competitor trends, developments affecting offer and cost to serve
  5. Develop and execute Route to Market and Go to Market Strategies for B2C


  • Experience in sales organizations, especially B2C models and B2B2C business
  • Proven record of demonstrated Sales knowledge (Sales Execution, Distribution management, Territory Management, Route to Market, Trade development)
  • Proven record of implementing Route to market Transformation in large organizations
  • English language fluency (able to read, write and oral communication)


  • Have minimum 7 years of business experience;
  • Sales enablement and sales pipeline management, through lead generation
