Job Role Responsibility :

  1. Facilitates the consistent application of global business unit strategies and tactics in planning and execution
  2. Develop and maintain market awareness and understanding of operations and logistics
  3. Conduct regular pipeline and account planning reviews to provide ongoing feedback and developmental guidance
  4. Optimize general interest and cross-functional returns
  5. Ensure consistency of opex plans with broader GBU boundaries
  6. Coach the Sales Representatives in their support of the Professional Sales Process and related processes
  7. Develop team members to optimize Channel Partners (e.g. Distribution, Retail, Repair Shop, OEM, etc.) capabilities
  8. Manage organization consistent with Corporate Supervisory Effectiveness Framework

Qualifications :

  1. Experiences as Sales Manager
  2. Understanding the Trade & Marketing Program and Supply Chain Management
  3. Familiar with area/location sales mapping, Market Intelligence & Analysis, Sales Plan & Forecasting
