Job Responsibilities :

  1. Implement local sales plan to meet annual Planning & Budget and marketing plan objectives
  2. Remain fully abreast of market conditions, trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
  3. Apply selling skills and consistently execute the sales processes such as sales pipeline management including regular analysis and follow up
  4. Manage credit and pricing consistent with defined offer standards
  5. Meet opex objectives for area of responsibility
  6. Support Channel Partners (e.g. Distribution, Retail, OEM, etc.) by providing sales pipeline coaching, account planning/management, and sell-out support to their staff
  7. Effective and efficient use of internal expertise, e.g. ExxonMobil Operations, Customer Service, Field Engineering, Technology or Marketing resources to deliver customer valued solutions
  8. Incorporate supply chain strengths in tactical account activities
  9. Apply coaching and communication techniques to build positive relationships with channel partners and customers


Qualifications :

  1. Experience in Mineral Mining at minimum 3 years
  2. Engineering or business management background
  3. Experience in lubricants sales will be a plus point
