Hebron/Hibernia Logistics Assistant

Job description

•    Assisting the business in mapping and documenting work flow processes as it relates to logistics.
•    Helping prepare risk assessments, controls catalogues, etc.
•    Further developing the project's business continuity/logistics plan as required.
•    Reviewing logistics cost structure and routing (Purchase Orders, Cost Centers and Business Focus).
•    Completing core vs adhoc container rental assessment.
•    Updating logistics documents / work sheets.
•    Assisting with preparing monthly and quarterly logistics controls reporting requirements.

Qualifications

Academic:

•    Bachelor of Commerce Student, Nautical Marine Diploma or related field of study.
•    Your most recent unofficial transcript(s) must be submitted with your application.

 

Other:

•    To be considered for employment, your most recent unofficial transcript(s) must be submitted with your application
•    Commitment to safety on and off the job
•    Good organizational skills and a willingness to learn
•    Excellent computer skills and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) would be an asset
•    Strong oral and written communication skills
•    Ability to work with minimum supervision and in a team-based environment
•    Previous petroleum industry experience is considered beneficial, but not essential

 

Work term:  4 or 8 months
